Terms of UseEffective: September 10, 2026

Website access and project inquiry terms.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website operated for Advanced Concrete Construction, LLC (“ACC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms as they apply to your use of the site.

1. Website Purpose

This website provides general information about ACC, its published commercial concrete capabilities, project experience references, safety information, educational resources, and methods for initiating a project conversation. Website content is not a project-specific design, engineering directive, bid, construction specification, or executed construction agreement.

2. No Automatic Contract Formation

Submitting a contact request or project inquiry does not create a construction contract, subcontract, purchase order, professional-services agreement, guarantee of availability, or obligation by either party to proceed. Any actual project engagement must be established separately through the applicable written documents accepted by the relevant parties.

3. Project Information and Requests

Users are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate to the best of their knowledge. Preliminary website communications may depend on the project information supplied at the time. Final scope, pricing, schedule, quantities, means and methods, exclusions, and contractual obligations are determined only through the applicable project documents and communications.

4. Construction and Technical Information

Articles and service descriptions on this site are general educational and marketing information. Actual concrete thickness, reinforcing, material properties, accessibility requirements, structural details, slopes, grades, curing, preparation, installation methods, safety controls, and code requirements depend on the project’s design, site conditions, governing documents, and applicable requirements.

5. Safety Information

The Safety page summarizes information published by ACC on its legacy website. Historical or undated figures shown with source context should not be used as a substitute for current project-specific prequalification documentation, certificates, training records, safety plans, or other records that may be required for a particular project.

6. Published Experience References

The Experience page reproduces names that ACC’s prior public website identified as recent projects and customers. Unless separately stated in project documentation, this website does not assign a specific scope, date, contract value, location, or current relationship to any listed name. Third-party company names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Permitted Use

You may use this website for legitimate informational and business purposes related to ACC’s services. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, submit automated spam, probe non-public systems, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or interferes with other users.

8. Intellectual Property

Website design, original text, layout, graphics, logo presentation, and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws to the extent rights apply. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce the website as a competing site, remove ownership notices, or commercially redistribute protected content without permission.

9. Photographs and Visuals

Images used in this redesign are supplied website assets and may illustrate service categories or project environments. Unless a caption expressly identifies a photograph as a verified ACC project, the image should not be interpreted as proof that ACC performed the specific work depicted.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including hosting or email infrastructure. ACC does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their separate content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

11. Website Availability and Changes

ACC may update, remove, reorganize, or suspend website content or functionality at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of a specific page, or that historical information will remain unchanged.

12. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

The website is provided for general informational and business-communication purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, free from every technical error, or suitable as a substitute for project-specific professional, engineering, contractual, or legal documentation.

13. Limitation Relating to Website Use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, or use of third-party links. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnification for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, a user who intentionally misuses the website, violates these Terms, or infringes another party’s rights may be responsible for resulting claims, losses, or costs attributable to that conduct.

15. Governing Principles

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable law in the jurisdiction relevant to ACC and the user’s activity. Project-specific contracts may contain their own governing-law, venue, dispute, insurance, indemnity, and other provisions that control the actual construction relationship.

16. Changes to These Terms

ACC may revise these Terms when website functionality, content, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the version posted on the site.
